We offer a range of adult swim training including:

 

Private Lessons:

 

We offer private lessons from complete beginners to those wishing to further correct their stroke. Lessons run for 1 hour for up to 3 people and can be arranged at a time that is suitable for you.

 

Stroke Correction Courses:


Mermaid Swim Academy conducts 4 week stroke correction courses monthly Wednesday mornings and Saturdays midday every month from October to May. This is a great way to examine each part of the swimming stroke and piece it all together in the end to make you a more efficient and confident swimmer.

Adult Squads:


Mermaid Swim Academy hosts Bondi Fit's Adult Swim Squads at the Icebergs on Monday mornings at 6am with an optional 7am surf swim with the coach and Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm. Please visit Bondi Fit's website for further details www.bondifit.com

When are lessons held?

 

Private lessons can be arranged at a time that suits you. 

Stroke Correction Courses are held on Wednesday mornings from 6-7am and/or Saturdays at 12pm

Bondi Fit Squad sessions are Monday mornings at 6am & Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm

 

Do I need a wetsuit?

The Icebergs is not a heated pool, and if you feel the cold it is suggested that you do wear a wetsuit. 

 

What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring swimming cap, goggles and if you are not a strong swimmer a pair of swimming fins

 

Is pool entry included in lesson fees?

 

No. Pool entry is separate
