Open Water Swimming

Open water swimming sessions aim to improve student’s stamina, distance and stroke technique with an aim of building confidence in deep water without the confines of a pool or lane.

Sessions will also include drills and skills for ocean swimming as well as wading, porpoising and duck-diving.

Participants must be of 8 years and above and are able to swim 500m continuously.

Equipment: Wetsuit, Swimming Costume, Goggles, Swim Cap
